Hiring Process

The interview process is designed to explore your problem-solving and analytical abilities in addition to helping you determine if S7 Software is right for you. It is also designed to offer you a good glimpse of S7 Software's work culture and ethics and ensures the interview happens in a unstressed atmosphere.

Step 1 » Written test - In this round you will be given a set of programs and objective questions. This is to understand your strengths in programming fundamentals and knowledge specific to your domain.

Step 2 » Aptitude Test - This round uncovers your skills in logical reasoning. The questions will be in the form of puzzles and mathematical equations.

Step 3 » Technical Round - This round not only tests the depth of your technical knowledge but also your ability to analyze, prioritize and communicate issues.

Step 4 » Senior Management Round - This round offers you an opportunity to meet S7 Software's Senior Executives to seek information on all work related aspects.

The interview will be conducted at S7 Software's Bangalore office. The duration of each step would be around 30 minute. We take care to see that the interview is conducted at a time of your convenience.
